Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Educate customers on menu offerings, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in barista training or coffee education is a plus.
