Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to bar patrons, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the bar service area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- Take and accurately process drink orders, collaborating with bartenders to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision, using POS systems and maintaining financial accountability.
- Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to safety and alcohol service policies, including ID verification and responsible beverage service.
- Work collaboratively with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waitress, bar staff, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 3 AM) with reliability and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle high-volume environments.
- Knowledge of bar operations, drink preparation, and POS systems is advantageous.
