Responsibility
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components to complete final products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Perform final testing and calibration of products to ensure optimal performance and compliance with technical requirements.
- Generate detailed test and quality control (QC) reports for each product, documenting results and identifying any discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose product faults, implementing corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste in the assembly process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical assembly processes, including soldering, wiring, and component installation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Experience with testing equipment and tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for generating reports and documenting processes.
