Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth trade operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all EXIM transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments to align logistics activities with company objectives.
- Stay updated on changes in trade laws, tariffs, and industry best practices.
- Assist in negotiating freight rates and contracts with vendors to optimize costs.
- Provide support in resolving customs clearance issues and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in EXIM operations, customs clearance, or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
