This remote role, based in beautiful Bali, offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to our Property & Development Services (PDS) teams across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to PDS teams in the UK & Ireland, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-level documents, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for assigned teams.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, databases, and documentation with meticulous accuracy.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive support, administrative assistance, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or real estate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management teams is highly desirable.
