Responsibility
- Manage and process student admissions applications, ensuring compliance with university policies and deadlines.
- Provide frontline support to students, parents, and faculty on admissions, enrollment, and academic queries.
- Coordinate with academic departments to facilitate student registration, course selection, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in student services and admissions workflows.
- Organize and conduct orientation programs, workshops, and information sessions for new students.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies and partner institutions, on admissions-related matters.
- Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student services, admissions, or higher education administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s education system and admissions regulations is a plus.
