Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.
  • Liaise with government agencies for work permits, visas, and other legal documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; familiarity with local labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
