Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.
- Liaise with government agencies for work permits, visas, and other legal documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; familiarity with local labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change.
