Responsibility
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the automotive refinish segment.
- Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
