Based in the vibrant and dynamic location of Bali, you will be responsible for performing cost analysis, managing car parts and Bill of Materials (BOM), supporting dealer accounts, ensuring stock availability, and handling customer inquiries. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our spare parts division, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
This role offers a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 - IDR 12,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading automotive company.
Responsibility
- Perform cost analysis for spare parts to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Manage and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for various car models.
- Support dealer accounts by providing timely and accurate information on spare parts availability.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize inventory costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to resolve any issues related to spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and manage BOM.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and their applications is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
