Join MINDS as an Executive / Senior Executive in Estate Development and play a pivotal role in transforming communities through impactful infrastructure and social development projects. This position focuses on designing, developing, and managing schools, employment and training centers, home-based care services, and community-based facilities to enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Based in the vibrant and culturally rich region of Badung, Bali, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality development solutions. Your work will directly contribute to creating accessible, functional, and empowering spaces that foster independence, learning, and community integration.
This is a contract-based opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about social impact, urban planning, and estate development with a human-centric approach.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of estate development projects, including schools, training centers, and community service facilities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and social workers to ensure projects meet functional, safety, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and stakeholder consultations to align projects with community needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-impact developments.
- Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to secure approvals, permits, and partnerships.
- Implement sustainable and inclusive design principles to create environments that support independence and well-being.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate post-completion outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estate development, project management, or community infrastructure (Senior Executive level may require 5+ years).
- Proven track record in managing social impact or public sector development projects, preferably in education, healthcare, or disability services.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM) and financial modeling.
- Passion for social inclusion, accessibility, and sustainable development with a user-centered approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
