Responsibility
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial reports, and other strategic documents.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the CEO's objectives.
- Provide administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
