Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply coordination.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and vendor communications.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to support efficient team collaboration.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as reconciling accounts and preparing monthly financial summaries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to improve workflow and productivity.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to support financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or design industry setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
