Responsibility
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals for contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and renewals in a centralized database.
- Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely renewals or terminations as required.
- Assist in resolving contract-related disputes and escalate issues to legal or management when necessary.
- Support procurement operations by liaising with vendors and ensuring contract terms are met.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract statuses for management review.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
