Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable
