Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with poise and professionalism.
