Note: This role may involve hybrid work arrangements with on-site presence required at our offices in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
Responsibility
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in person, via phone, or email.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update sales records, contracts, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to facilitate smooth communication and workflow between teams.
- Retail Operations Support: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Event and Meeting Support: Help organize and coordinate sales events, trade shows, or client meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-ups.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input sales data, generate reports, and analyze trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: Proven ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently or escalate them appropriately.

- Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in Indonesia (preference for candidates based in Bali).
