Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales leadership team, ensuring seamless workflow and communication.
- Coordinate and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and client correspondence.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team and executives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) and external clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or executive assistant role, preferably in the packaging, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment or willingness to relocate to Bali is highly desirable.
