Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost advice to clients and project teams.
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Provide expert advice on contractual disputes and claims resolution.
- Ensure all projects adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable.
