Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while handling all related logistics.
- Prepare, review, and edit high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate high-profile events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and attendee management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring all data and communications are handled with the utmost integrity.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or briefings to support executive decision-making processes.
- Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software or tools as needed.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
