Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable auto loan products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Hong Leong Bank's auto loan offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless loan application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and operations, to facilitate smooth loan processing and approvals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of auto loan products, financial regulations, and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
