Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-level administrative position.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when necessary.
