Responsibility
- Manage the President Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
- Liaise with other departments, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Anticipate the needs of the President Director and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is highly desirable.
