Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the Medical Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and correspondence) with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and medical documentation as required.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Liaise with patients, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in coordinating patient schedules, follow-ups, and administrative support for clinical operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and business information.
- Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare environments is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
