Responsibility
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the Director’s voice.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively address them to streamline operations and decision-making.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, or corporate environment is highly desirable.
