Responsibility

  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents to support executive decision-making, ensuring all materials are polished and error-free.
  • Coordinate logistics for local and international meetings, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict adherence to company policies.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and streamline operational processes.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address potential issues before they arise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the energy, renewable energy, or sustainability sector is a plus.
