As an Administrative Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, supporting various departments with your expertise in data management, scheduling, and operational coordination. Your role will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of our team, making it an essential part of our success.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this contract position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5,500,000 – Rp 5,700,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate data records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate operational activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management software is a plus.
