Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and deadlines across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries for Asia-Pacific business trips.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive review, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, including financial data, contracts, and strategic plans.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors in Chinese and English to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Anticipate executive needs by proactively resolving issues and streamlining administrative processes.
- Support event planning for corporate functions, conferences, and high-profile meetings.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in high-level administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for C-suite interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific business cultures and etiquette is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
