Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily payment processing, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany transactions.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement efficient payment procedures to minimize errors and delays.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to streamline financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to cash flow and payment activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment processing, cash flow management, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
