Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with global teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or customer concerns with proactive and solution-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline workflows.
- Analyze order data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP or order management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with international teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry standards and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process efficiency.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
