Responsibility
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues in HDB residential units.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and HDB representatives to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize system downtime and enhance reliability.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate detailed reports for stakeholders and management.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for cooling system upgrades or repairs.
- Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential system vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and maintenance crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and HDB policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or cooling systems.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in large-scale residential or commercial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with HDB regulations and Singapore’s building codes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
