Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations to executive standards
- Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities in Bali and beyond
- Maintain confidential files and records with strict adherence to data protection policies
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for office services
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments and international offices
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Experience working in multicultural environments or international companies
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
