Responsibility
- Manage and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment agreements and exit interviews.
- Process and track employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheets using HR software.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal HR communications, memos, and reports.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR administrative tasks.
- Organize and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions as required.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedural questions.
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and submitting necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, personal assistance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
