Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and workspace optimization.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and IT infrastructure to support remote and in-person work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
- Proven track record in managing office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience working in a hybrid/remote environment, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
