Responsibility
- Provide direct administrative and technical support to the Chairman, ensuring smooth daily operations and communication.
- Prepare, review, and present detailed reports on project progress, technical specifications, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman, project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless information flow.
- Maintain and organize executive-level documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and strategic documents for board meetings and investor relations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to support decision-making.
- Manage the Chairmanâs schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or executive support roles.
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes, project monitoring, and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
