Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
