Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and security solutions to support business operations.
- Implement and enforce security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data and systems from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance evaluations to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and upgrade IT infrastructure in alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, infrastructure changes, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations for IT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with server management, virtualization, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and security frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) is advantageous.
