Responsibility
- Monitor and manage treaty receivables to ensure prompt collection and minimize outstanding balances.
- Perform reconciliation of third-party statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or collections.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices is a plus.
