Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and related reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline payment processes.
- Monitor vendor accounts and address inquiries or issues promptly.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
