Responsibility
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate household operations, including staff management, vendor relations, and event planning for family needs.
- Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and documentation with the utmost discretion.
- Oversee logistics for business and personal travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and family members to ensure seamless alignment between professional and personal priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor and manage expenses, budgets, and financial records for both business and household needs.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring a frictionless experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience in travel coordination, event planning, or household management is highly desirable.
