Responsibility
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Director using company vehicles, adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks, such as document preparation, expense tracking, and correspondence.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness for all trips, including fuel and routine checks.
- Act as a discreet and trustworthy liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, and local transportation.
- Assist with event planning and on-site support for corporate or personal engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the Director’s professional and personal affairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or high-profile individuals.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Proven administrative or personal assistant experience, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and traffic patterns, with the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Basic computer literacy (email, calendar management, spreadsheets) and smartphone proficiency.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends as required by the Director’s schedule.
