This role is critical in ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our senior management executives to meetings, events, and business engagements.

Responsibility
- Safely transport senior management executives to and from designated locations, including airports, meetings, and corporate events.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and mechanically sound company vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled timings and routes, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all interactions, especially regarding executive discussions or destinations.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as vehicle maintenance logs, fuel records, and expense reporting.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes proactively to avoid delays.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers and external stakeholders.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive or corporate setting.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur’s roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Impeccable professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Physically fit with the ability to assist with luggage or other light duties when required.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance.
