Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities in supply chain and logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to design data-driven solutions that reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and enhance route planning.
- Automate data processes and workflows to streamline reporting and improve decision-making efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of supply chain strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and logistics optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven recommendations.
