Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments for new and existing customers to determine creditworthiness.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Implement and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit and collection practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
