Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the business channels team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
