Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of business channels to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational workflows.
- Monitor and analyze business channel performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations or customer service.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
