Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient branch support.
- Monitor fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, availability, and utilization.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to branch managers and operational teams as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure fleet compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, fleet management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with fleet management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support branch operations as required.
