Responsibility
- Conduct operational, financial, and sustainability compliance audits in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards.
- Identify control weaknesses, gaps in compliance, and areas for process improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and methodologies tailored to business needs and emerging risks.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional audit reports with findings, root causes, and remediation strategies for senior leadership.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and ESG teams, to align audit activities with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in governance, risk management, and sustainability.
- Support the development of internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CFA, or CISA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in the banking, financial services, or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards (IIA, COSO), financial regulations, and ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify risks, and develop practical solutions with a focus on business impact.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to objectivity and independence in audit processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
