Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, SOPs, and performance targets.
- Monitor and optimize booking quality, sales performance, customer acquisition, and collection efficiency to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive branch growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
- Oversee administrative compliance, including documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, partners, and clients to expand business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine branch strategies.
- Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, automotive financing, or banking operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, improving collection rates, and managing team performance.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, credit evaluation, and risk assessment in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and financial software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
