Responsibility
- Manage the Presidentâs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate logistics for high-profile meetings, including venue selection, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Anticipate the Presidentâs needs and proactively address them to optimize productivity.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for executive documents and records.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment with the Presidentâs strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive-level calendar management tools.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable; must pass background checks.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
