Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate high-level meetings for the President & COO.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all executive matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with executives, employees, and external partners.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
